My journey into industrial design started unexpectedly during a college visit in 2018. Despite not having any formal art or design background, I was immediately drawn to the field's potential for creativity and innovation. Choosing Purdue University was a bit of a gamble since they had a highly competitive admissions process, but I saw it as a challenge to prove my passion and determination. After countless late nights and pouring my heart into every project, I managed to snag one of the coveted spots in the program.
Since then, I've been keeping the momentum, receiving recognition for my designs and diving headfirst into various communities. Each nod of approval only fuels my desire to keep pushing myself further. This journey has been more than just about developing skills; it's been a journey of self-discovery and realizing the impact design can have on the world.
Through it all, I've learned that success in industrial design isn't just about talent; it's about grit and a willingness to learn and grow. As I continue on this rollercoaster ride, my goal remains the same: to create human-centered designs that not only look cool but also resonate with people on a deeper level.
